The Orthopedic Sports Surgery group is made up of eight sports medicine trained orthopedic surgeons skilled in deal with a wide variety of athletic injuries. Our San Diego orthopedic surgery sports medicine team is located at our Zion Medical Center, the Garfield Specialty Center, and the Otay Mesa, San Marcos, and El Cajon Medical Offices. They work together with internal medicine doctors to provide quality, timely, and compassionate care to our members. The trauma team treats traumatic injuries including broken bones, tendons, and ligaments in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The team is led by 2 fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma specialists along with 7 other surgeons bringing particular expertise for specific areas of the body. Surgeries are performed at our Zion Medical Center, San Marcos, Garfield, and Otay Mesa. Our San Diego trauma team offers trauma care at our San Marcos, El Cajon and Otay Mesa medical offices, and the the Garfield Specialty Center, in addition to at our Zion Medical Center. We are referral-based, so if you feel that you need to see us, please talk to your personal physician first. Our specialists are highly trained in their fields and look forward to caring for you. We perform inpatient and outpatient surgeries at Various locations.
